Bajan Rumshop Tours

The Challenge

Bajan Rum Tours needed a logo that could do two jobs at once: clearly communicate what the company actually does, and capture the Caribbean setting that makes the experience special in the first place. A generic rum bottle or palm tree icon wouldn't cut it — the brand needed to feel specific to Bajan Rum Tours, not interchangeable with any other Caribbean drinks brand. It also needed to work as a badge-style mark that could sit compactly on merchandise, signage and the tour bus itself.

The Solution

The design centres on an illustration of the bus used on the actual tours, giving the brand a mark that's instantly tied to the real experience rather than a stock image of the destination. That bus sits in front of a tropical background, bringing in the sun, colour and island setting that place the company firmly in Barbados rather than anywhere generic.

To keep the whole thing compact and badge-like, the text wraps around the circular edge of the design rather than sitting as a separate line above or below it — a classic badge treatment that keeps the mark tight and self-contained, so it reads clearly at small sizes on a cap or a bottle label just as well as it does on a larger sign.

The Result

The final logo gives Bajan Rum Tours a mark that's genuinely their own — built around the actual tour experience rather than a generic tropical motif, and compact enough to travel across every application the badge format demands, from merchandise to vehicle signage.
